Co-produced with TJ Thran, and Structures Brewing Co., this event served as a fundraiser for the Northwest Skate Collecting to help build Bellingham’s new Waterfront Skate Park. After a serendipitous meeting at Sapporo’s Snowboard Shop, Terminal Tune Station at a Lucas Beaufort community event, TJ, team and I travelled for the next few days together shooting snowboard content on the North Island in Japan. Solidifying our friendship, we decided to host one of his roaming film festival events in Bellingham, WA.
Featuring local filmmakers, athletes, as well as globally produced skate surf and snow films. Hosting over 120 participants, we raised over 3k in one night, thanks to all of our generous local sponsors: Arc’teryx Seattle, Coal Headwear, Ignik Outdoors, Hydrascape Stickers, Structurs Brewing, Backcountry Essentials, Astral Designs, Cafe Blue, Kite Paddle Surf, Mt.
